Welcome to Commonwealth Insight 2024: Navigating Progress and Shaping Tomorrow, an exclusive virtual event featuring Pennsylvania Speaker of the House Joanna McClinton and PA State Senator Lindsey Williams. Join us as we delve into the successes and challenges of the Pennsylvania House in 2023, exploring key legislative victories and understanding the roadblocks encountered in the Senate. Electoral statistician Joshua Smithley will join us in a strategic exploration of the upcoming 2024 election. He will spotlight electoral areas that will be crucial for enshrining reproductive choice, advancing commonsense gun control measures, boosting the economy, and ensuring that all children receive a free and fair public education without bias. He will also share analysis of the voting patterns from the 2023 elections, providing attendees with a comprehensive overview of the trends that emerged in Pennsylvania.

The Committee seeks to: (1) promote media content consistent with fundamental NAACP goals, which include the elimination of racial isolation, fear & the furtherance of multi-racial & cultural understanding; (2) monitor local and national media (3) provide the National NAACP Office with research and data on those local businesses engaged in communications arts and sciences; (4) provide information to aid in the choice and access to a variety of high quality products and services at reasonable cost. No publicity shall be released without first being approved by the Branch President.
